Brightness Group is looking for experienced mid to senior level Magento developers with a demonstrated history in object- oriented programming using PHP. The ideal candidates for this job are the Magento developers who have experience in complex Magento implementations with high traffic and huge SKUs.
This position is not for someone interested in making simple modifications to a Magento theme or changing button colors, but serious programmers who can solve real business problems. This opening is for those developers who are passionate about adding value and giving our customers a delightful experience through technical competence.
We are hiring skilled Magento developers with experience in Magento 1.x and Magento 2, plus the ability to understand Magento architecture and configurations well. Programmers adept in analysing and mapping business requirements with Magento offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision
- The desire to create exceptional work, and support a growing creative team
- Magento customisation with in-depth understanding of code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy and fallback components
- Integrate Magento 1 & Magento 2 extensions
- Perform Magento Module customization and Magento cache implementation
- Magento APIs customisation and integration (REST/SOAP)
- GIT-based source control & deployment
- Hands-on with caching and scaling techniques
- Magento certification is definitely a plus
