Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

Brightness Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster.

Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system.

To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till on- boarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirements
• Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking websites
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it
• Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
• Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements
• Providing Qualitative Candidates to company within the Stipulated Time Frame
• Lining up the shortlisted candidate for interview
• Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team
• Post-interview coordination with candidates client relationship team
• Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and go-getter

Required skills

• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle
